I have a problem updating my Razer Blade 17 RZ09-0423 laptop. I cannot start the updater. I always get the following error when I start it: This firmware tool is designed for Razer Blade Pro and compatible system only. The application is now closed.
The error occurs regardless of whether the Bios or EC update.
I proceeded according to the following instructions:
Bios: Razer Blade 17" (2022) BIOS Updater | RZ09-0423
EC: Razer Blade 17" (2022) EC Updater | RZ09-0423
The update files come from the respective instructions.
Windows 11 is up to date and BitLock is deactivated.
