My laptop randomly turned off and would not turn back on. It was plugged into the charger and seemed to be working perfectly fine for 10 minutes prior to shutting off. Then the laptop would not turn back on so I followed the steps in the razer video at https://youtu.be/GF6XRX4z32s?si=Z-af9r-beDNmwCM8 but after holding the power button on for 10 seconds with the charger plugged in, the laptop made a popping sound and smoked started coming out of the main vent at the base of the monitor.
Has this happened to anyone else? Can someone please help me? Is there a razer support person who could tell me what my options are? Thanks in advance.
