- The BIOS is in System Mode: Deployed with Secure Boot enabled and greyed out
- There are no Key Management, Reset to Setup Mode, or Restore Factory Keys options available
- The system will not boot from the internal SSD or any external USB media (including a freshly created Windows 11 recovery drive)
- Restoring BIOS defaults has had no effect
Based on my research, this appears to be the known Secure Boot certificate issue affecting Razer Blade laptops related to the 2011 Microsoft certificate expiration. Because the BIOS is locked in Deployed Mode with no key management options, I am unable to resolve this myself.
I am requesting the Secure Boot recovery firmware package for the Razer Blade 18 (2023) that can be applied from a USB drive without booting into Windows, or any alternative procedure to reset the Secure Boot keys and Platform Key for my device.
