Dear Razer Support,
I own a 2024 Razer Blade 18 with an RTX 4080. My laptop appears to be affected by a known manufacturing defect involving the Vapor Chamber cooling system.
The CPU reaches temperatures of up to 100°C even under no-load conditions, resulting in severe thermal throttling and system instability.
As the laptop is no longer covered by warranty, I performed maintenance on the cooling system myself, including replacing the thermal paste on both the CPU and GPU. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue.
While investigating the problem, I came across the following Reddit thread:

I am generally not a strong believer in Reddit as a professional or technical source of information. However, in this case, the reports accurately describe the issue affecting my laptop. Moreover, there are numerous reports and user complaints from other sources confirming that this is a recurring and well-documented problem, rather than an isolated case.
I would therefore like to ask if Razer could provide a replacement Vapor Chamber cooling module. I have extensive technical knowledge and strong manual skills, and I am fully capable of carrying out the replacement myself in a professional manner.
The original one-year warranty expired only a few months ago, so I would greatly appreciate Razer's assistance in resolving this documented manufacturing issue, despite the laptop being technically out of warranty.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
Kind regards,
Jaroslaw
