Razer blade 18 HDMI FAULT

MY Razer blade 18 laptop model :- RZ09-0529 HDMI port is tweaking when i plugged it into my PG32UCDP 4K monitor with hdmi i have a high bandwith cable from asus and tried different cable one from my ps5 pro it doesn’t not work it stay for some times and goes black for a second or 2 and comes back normal and happens constantly this laptop has been recently purchased. and the same issue happens with a different 4k TV my monitor is perfectly fine as i run it with my pc and and it runs 4k 240hz but on the laptop it only support 4k 120hz and 2k 240hz
