i have same noise from miniled display on razer blade 16 with 4090, also waiting answer from support..

Good luck for that. I have asked for a refund because  when I asked them a replace unit they did not answer :(

there is no any new update since september. I doubt there will be any support

Solution: The problem is Razer Cortex, close the application and the sound will be normal. Then you can leave it disabled so that it does not start with the notebook, but I decided to uninstall Razer Cortex.

Have same problem, after full reinstalling windows 11 i did not install any razer software, but the problem hasn't gone anywhere.

Any solution in 2025?

I went to system -> Sound -> Properties and disabled audio enhancements. Then when opening the THX app I left it in Stereo and not in Spatial audio. This should help :)
