I have a 2016 Razer Blade that is unable to charge. I've tried a new charger and all the steps listed here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1798/~/razer-blade-does-not-have-power%2C-wont-boot-up-or-turn-on but the battery seems completely flat with no response. This is by far the best computer I've ever had and I love it, but could really use some help with this one.

However, your Razer Blade belongs to our discontinued products, and Razer no longer offers repair and replacement parts for this unit.
