I felt a need to post here, since there does not appear to be any other means to directly contact customer support when your product is out of warranty, as mine is. I have a Razer Blade 2018 Advanced, purchased December 2018. It has had a series of problems which have left me frustrated, cost me significantly, and at the end of the day are going to cause me to buy a new laptop after less than 2 years. Since day 1 this machine has run hot, as is evidenced by the severe discoloration all across the left side of the laptop. About 3 months ago, the battery nearly had a thermal runaway and I had to replace it after it swelled to 2X size in a matter of minutes. About a month ago, the camera stopped working, completely. Tonight, the monitor stopped working completely. It still displays on a second/external monitor fine, but the laptop display is just black. Obviously I am not a satisfied customer. I understand that the product is out of warranty, but this is just poor quality to me. A quick google search indicates these problems are common for the 2018 Blade Advanced. I will not be purchasing a Razer product again, as I am very disappointed in this high end product that failed after very limited life.
