The battery of my 2018 Razer blade 15 advanced model is failing. The battery has swelled to the point that the track-pad is inoperable and the chassis has started to separate. I bought the device just over a year ago from the MS store as they offered a great extended warranty, that is until they decided to close all their physical stores permanently. I have been in contact with the MS store for the last couple of months about this issue, I was told to sit tight as their retail stores would be opening again soon, yhea guess not now. Of course during this time my 1 yr Razer warranty expired. My only option with MS now is to ship the device internationally to the states for evaluation and/or repair. This is my main work computer and can't be without it for the 7-30 days they quoted me. Hoping Razer can help me out, M$FT sure hasn't. Thanks.
