Razer Blade 2018 keyboard presses produces random characters

This is a strange one, but I've noticed my Razer Blade 2018 is producing random characters when pressing keys, it only happens in certain places like Internet Explorer settings window, Save As Dialog and other places. The keyboard itself works fine in other applications.

I couldn't find anything specific, but did find a forum thread here, which noted a few other different systems are experiencing the same issue:

Is this a bug in Windows 10 1903. Seems to be the only thing that's consistent. Weird bug if it is.
