Razer Blade 2018 Screen Flickering when Bluetooth turned on or off

My relatively new Razer blade 2018 advanced edition is flickering whenever I turn on or off Bluetooth. The flickering also occurs when a USB device is inserted or removed. So far I have tried updating all the intel drivers but the problem still persists. The video below best represents the problem that I'm having. Does anyone have any possible solutions to this apparently common problem among Blade users?
