Dear Razer support team,
My Razer blade bought ~2 years ago has randomly gotten a black screen while playing a video-game. The internal monitor is not recognized, while an external monitor works fine.
I have followed the steps in multiple other threads to try and fix this without success. (Razer synapse, rolling back Nvidia drivers and installing razer drivers, opening and visually checking the display connectors. Checking the BIOS)
Can I get further support from razer on this issue? This seems like a factory issue seeing the number of complaints from customers regarding the black screen of death. I think this is unnaceptable for such an expensive gaming laptop.
