Razer Blade 2025 RTX 5090 - Dedicated GPU not booting & serial number not recognized by Support

I'm having a serious issue with my Razer Blade 2025 equipped with an NVIDIA RTX 5090.

The laptop worked perfectly at first, but after a short period of use I started experiencing problems with the dedicated GPU. It now only boots using the integrated AMD graphics. The NVIDIA GPU no longer seems to initialize properly.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already tried:

  • Forced the system to boot using the dedicated GPU through the BIOS, the display started flickering and then went completely black..
  • Updated/reinstalled the NVIDIA drivers.
  • The RTX 5090 still appears in Device Manager, but it has a warning icon (yellow exclamation mark), suggesting that something is wrong with the device.

At this point, it looks more like a hardware issue than a software or driver problem.

I then tried to open a support ticket with Razer to explore repair options. However, after entering my laptop's serial number, I received the following message:

"We were unable to locate your serial number in the system. Please check that you have entered the correct serial number."

I have verified the serial number multiple times, and it is correct.

Has anyone experienced something similar, or is there another way to get in touch with Razer Support when the serial number is not recognized? I'd really appreciate any advice on how to proceed.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

Hey there, @10tacule

I understand that your Razer Blade 2025 with the NVIDIA RTX 5090 is no longer properly initializing the dedicated GPU. Additionally, you're unable to create a support ticket because your serial number is not being recognized by the system.

Could you please provide a short video demonstrating the issue (including the GPU behavior, Device Manager warning, and any display issues if possible) so I can take a look and attach it to your case? You can upload the video using this link and then send me a PM once it’s uploaded. Regarding the serial number concern, please send me a PM along with your serial number so I can check it in our system and assist you further.Thank you!
