Razer Blade 2080 Max-Q, Battery Stuck at 0

So yesterday my Razer Blade Pro (2019) shut off. I figured out that it would only turn on and run when constantly plugged in. It says where the battery is that it is at 0% and when unplugged fully shuts down. This has also made my games unplayable and the computer is basically only good for using the web. What can I do to fix this?

    We can try to recalibrate the battery. But from the looks of things, the battery pack is no longer able to store power. Do send me the serial number so I can help you get this sorted out. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
