I bought a razer blade 3060, it arrived for me on 02/25/21 and yesterday, 06/03/21, I went to connect my monitors for the first time through the usb ports type c and thunderbolt and it didn't work

when I went to connect to my monitor through the thunderbolt and type c ports nothing happens.



type c port gives error 34.

thunderbolt port nothing happens



I put a hub on the type c port and the hub lux is flashing and it would have to be fixed. (I put the hub on my razer blade 14 gtx1060 and it works normal)

i have a razer blade 14 1060 and the monitors and the hub work on it correctly. so the problem is with the razer blade 3060.



I updated it on my razer blade 3060:

intel video card

nvidia video card

thunderbolt 3 by intel website

none of this made my monitors work.



I do not know what to do.



can someone help me with what to do?

a. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.)

b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver)

c. Screenshot of Nvidia/Intel Driver Version: (Press Windows+R on your keyboard. Type in DXDIAG into the run command text box and hit OK. Then click on YES. Click on the Display 2 tab and look for the Nvidia version on the right side.)

d. Synapse 3.0 logs.
