Dear Razer Customer Support,



I have recently diagnosed my laptop with a sollen battery. The symptoms that lead me to open up the machine where warping chassis and trackpad issues not being able to register the click using pressure.



The battery was removed and its clear it is swollen and not for continued use within the machine. I have tried to source a official replacement through the website and cannot seem to locate replacement batteries.



Therefore, I logged my laptop SN and its out of waranty and I really don't want the machine wiped when it goes into the service department. I just would like to discuss purchasing a suitable replacement battery for self fitting.



Given the responses to previous 'Swollen Battery' posts I am ready to take this to DM as you see fit.
