Hi. How are you ? I´m having some battery life issues. i cannot have more than 2 hours battery in my 2020 base OLED model. i talked to the support by chat and everyday they tell me a different thing. I asked for the expected battery life and they copy pasted me a laptopmag review from a previous model.
should i expect more than 2 and a half hours of battery? What can i do? I´m not in the US and here we don´t have razer support. i still have the guaranty but i don´t know what to do.

You should get more than two hours on idle to a light load. That said, it's a different story if you're rendering or gaming on high settings and high refresh rates or similar load scenarios. Please send the serial number of your laptop to me so I can help you try to recalibrate the battery. Let's go from there.
