Razer Blade Black screen on boot

I miss my computer and figured i would reach out one more time to see what happens. I was gifted the 2016 "New Razer Blade" when i graduated from college and in 2018 it stopped working. When i would power the computer on it would load the logo and the keyboard would light up but then the screen would stay lit but go black. i reached out before and was very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. But i was very attached to this computer and had been purchasing razer products since i was 13 and figured i would give it one more shot to see if something can be done about this.
