Razer Blade - Bloated battery ("Expired" warranty)

Razer diagnosed my laptop to have a bloated battery, and I received a confirmation from it that I was eligible to use my warranty to replace it. However, Razer stopped answering my emails, and now my warranty expired. I have an incident number, and I just can't talk with anyone there. I don't want to believe that a brand like Razer waited for my warranty to expire to not solve my issue. Did anyone pass through this situation? And what are my options? Any guess?
