Razer Blade i7 10750 rtx2070 16GB (ram) - High coil sound?

I'm wondering why the razer blade that I got a a few days ago has such high coil sound? It's extremely high pitched and I can't really determine where it's coming from (fan, ssd, GPU?). It does get quieter when the fan turns down a bit, and I can noticeably not hear the high coil when the fan is down. But when I do hear it, it's almost ear-piercing -- how do you address this?
