Useful Information: Laptop Model: Razer Blade 15" Base (2020) — RZ09-03519 CPU: i7-10750H GPU: GTX 1660ti Memory: 2x8GB stock memory Laptop Spec. Page: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3919 BIOS Version: Aptio 2.21.1278 Operating System: 64 bit — Windows 11, Dev. Insider Build 25163.rs_prerelease.220715-1711 / Ubuntu 20.04 LTS When the laptop starts up, the built in keyboard is not functional. I am not able to open BIOS or interact with GRUB in order to boot to my Linux installation. I was able to get to BIOS via Windows troubleshooting options, but I can't interact with it at all, so I don't know of a way to boot to some other medium (even if that would make a difference). When I try plugging in any USB devices I can think of (mouse, keyboard, USB drive, etc.) they do not work, and sometimes display error messages saying they are not recognized, in addition to adding error messages to the device manager which go away after I uninstall the USB Devices and re-add them, but they simply reappear when I try to plug in a new device. Strangely, the touchpad is still functional, which is the only way I can navigate the computer (to some degree). I do not imagine that drivers could be a problem since the keyboard doesn't work in the BIOS or boot screens either, but I tried updating drivers and from what I can tell they all appear to be up to date. I also attempted uninstalling HID and USB devices in device manager. If there's anything else I can try (with drivers or otherwise), I'd be happy to try it.

You can try the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't work, I can start a case and forward it to the Systems Team so they can have a closer look at the built-in keyboard issue of your laptop. Let's start by sending the serial number of your device through PM so I can validate its model as well. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
