Hello! I bought the 15’ Razer Blade Laptop in 2019, so that I can play my games with friends with good fps and graphics. This laptop was one I saved up awhile for and have been using it a lot. Recently, I come across the problem with keys “M”, “K”, “I”, and “8” on my keyboard because most of the time these keys do not work correctly. Initially I tried to resolve the problem on my own with cleaning up the residue under those keys with compressed air, however that showed ineffective. I have been enduring this problem for awhile now and that I see no problem with my laptop physically. I try to take really good care of my laptop because again I saved up the $2,400 to purchase this laptop, so I keep it clean and make sure nothing is wrong with it. Unfortunately, I am still clueless on how my laptop’s keys are bugged and not working. It works in a weird fashion, one day in like a month the keys will magically begin too work again and then stop the next day. I know that there is not any water damage, since I am not allowed to bring drinks or food into my room so that is out of the question. I am not blaming anyone, I just want to return my laptop to its original state of working perfectly as it did when I first got it. Currently, I am relying heavily on copy and paste keys to paste the letters that I am missing. I have “mik8” on my discord so that I may copy and paste it in my essays then delete what is not needed. This is a huge hassle and I was just wondering if there may be a solution to this problem. Please any help would be amazing (Razer support wouldn’t let me talk to a real agent:slightly_sad: ).
