Razer Blade LED Backlight Issue

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2020) (RZ09-03304). For 5 keys on my keyboard, the red LED part of the backlight never turns off (regardless of Synapse settings, even if keyboard lighting is disabled [using fn+f10 or via Synapse], or even if the laptop is in sleep mode). For another separate key, the backlight is not completely working. The red portion of the LED never lights up (when they key lighting is set to white, it comes out blue; when the key is set to red, it is not backlit at all).



I have tried repairing Synapse and a fresh uninstall/reinstall of Synapse. I have also verified game mode is off.



Does anyone have any ideas on what's causing this to happen and/or how to fix it? Thanks!
