Hi. My razer has black screen, no video out, but the keys are lit and the snake logo shows on the trackpad screen. Any pointers? Totally new to Razers...

1. I'd like help finding the bios files, flashing programs, and instructions.



2. I'd like for a way to get all of the drivers as well.
