Hi. I bought a used Razer Blade Pro version i7-7700HQ / 16GB / 2TB + 256 / GTX1060. Everything seems to be working properly so far, except for the volume wheel. Something strange is happening there and when he wants to turn it down or up - it seems to go crazy. One shift up turns up a dozen or so points, another shift and goes down instead of increasing. I thought it might be a problem with the soft, but I did all the updates and unfortunately it still didn't help. Has anyone encountered such a problem and has an idea what to do?

Did you already try to repair the Synapse application? Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you resolve the scroll-wheel issue. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
