Hello

My Razer Blade Pro 17 (Early 2021, will not charge past 63%.

Timeline: I reset Windows, then installed a new battery, which charged to 100%. A few weeks later it began stopping at exactly 63% while plugged in. Windows still shows "charging."

Test results at 63%, with the laptop plugged in:
- PowerOnline = True, Charging = False, Discharging = False, ChargeRate = 0, DischargeRate = 0, RemainingCapacity = 44,213 mWh (about 62.6%), Voltage = 16,603 mV.
- Battery report: full charge capacity 70,624 mWh against design capacity 70,578 mWh. BIOS version is 1.03 (Feb 2021).
- The laptop charges quickly from 0% to 63%, so the charger and charging circuit work.
- The result is the same with the laptop shut down completely and charging, so it is not caused by Windows or software.
- Synapse 4 has no battery tab for my model, and Synapse 3 is no longer available to me.

Questions:
1. Does this model have a charge limit set in firmware, and how can I clear it?
2. Is there a BIOS or firmware update that addresses this?
3. If not, how do I arrange a repair or replacement?

Thank you,
