I received from dell service my 2019 blade pro 17, was sent for a display problem, has an area with some stuck pixels or something(the touch has no marks or scratches), also, when dedicated video card is running - all the time, as i want 120hz all the time, when a sound is played, there is like a crackling noise, like an old mechanical drive.
well from the service they couldn't reproduce the problems :))))

now I opened a new case, and of course, no answer. I heard of this kind of problems with the service, but come on, if the technicians cannot see the pixels, or listen for 5 minutes and try to replicate the sound, they are paid for nothing. paperwork can do even a 60 year old lady who don't need to have skills in testing laptops.
i understand that are some standard tests, but since the day i shipped the laptop passed almost a month till i received back. and they only run a hardware test.
that I could do it by myself home prior to ship it in the great Germany to the razer service center
i need help, to resolve this 2 issues asap, PLEASEEEE

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly. Did you send the laptop to our repair center or to Dell (the reseller, I assume)? If you sent it to us, please send me your ticket number. That way, I can check with our Repair Team and get a better understanding of how they went about with the testing/recreation of the issue.
