Good afternoon,
I have a RAZER BLADE PRO 17 HD RZ09-022002E75 that lost it's ability to charge randomly.
Before completely losing battery power, I attempted the following steps.
Device Manager>Batteries> Uninstalled both options, and rebooted. - No effect
Attempted above step, and powered down laptop. Left plugged in overnight. - No effect
At this point my laptop is completely dead and I need to purchase a new battery, power supply or both to attempt troubleshooting steps. Please advise.

Unfortanaly it does not charge the new battery , even it is the same version as the old one
