Hi Dear Razer Support



I bought my laptop in Australia back in 2019.

it's out of warranty.

Upon upgrade to windows 11 by mistake awhile ago, system starts to having issues.

Few days ago the computer won't turn on no matter what.

Tried all the method from your video and nothing worked.

Last night it turned on like a miracle but trackpad doesn't work at all, the mouse pointer even dissappeared.

I used it for entire night and thought it's going to be alright.

Now it really did die, not turning on, tried everything, nothing works.

I want to check if there is an option to get you guys have a look at it and get it repaired in Australia.

I have serial numbers ready and just not sure where I can get a case number.
