Hey all. Similar issue to many others with a few unique characteristics.
As the title says, I have a 17” Razer Blade Pro (Product Number RZ09-03148E02) and the battery no longer charges. I have a green LED on the adapter when plugged in and no LED on the laptop at any time. The laptop will turn on and function when plugged in, but the battery status always says 0% (charging). When looking at the device manager, I can see “Microsoft AC Adapter” and “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery.” Both of these devices show as functioning properly.
I have not noticed any kind of bulge or other anomalies. I have replaced the adapter once before due to what appeared to be a broken connection in the laptop side plug. I had not had any further issues with power until the current problem.
