Hello, I have a blade pro 2017 model, (*Omitted) family, it is out of warranty but I'd pay Razer for help! The battery swole up and I replaced it myself, but I have purchased THREE batteries and all have the same issue; battery is not detected. When I unplug the laptop it runs on battery but it doesn't show battery life or time left, just an X over the battery. When I plug the swollen original battery back it IS detected, of course it's unsafe so I can't leave it in there. Any ideas?

It's inconvenient to have a unit that is power adapter dependent. Also, please refrain from using the original battery for your safety. Please be aware that the Razer Blade Pro 2017 model belongs to our discontinued products, and our service center may or may not be able to repair depending on the part needed (if it is still available). Please send me a PM, including your laptop's serial number, so I can help you initiate approval for a repair request. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
