Razer Blade Pro 2019 Battery doesn't charge with a lightning logo

This laptop has been working properly for two years, and then suddenly the battery doesn't charge. The percentage is kept at 0%. I tried many methods, but nothing chages. I tried to upload the battery-report file, but failed. Oh, I have upgraded to Win11, by the way. Please let me know that to do! Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
