Razer Blade Pro 2019 Random Stutters in Game

Need some help! This is now the second Blade Pro (RTX 2080 Max Q) I've got from Best Buy with the same stuttering problem. After extensive trouble shooting with Razer support I decided to exchange the first Blade rather then roll the dice on further Razer support. These stutters occur randomly and I'm at a complete loss. My only guess is it might be some sort of power delivery issue. I've set Synapse, Nvidia Control Panel, and Windows to favor high performance and Nvidia Graphics. Windows and Drivers are all up to date as well.. At this price point I'm not really willing to roll the dice on RMA since I can still return this (second) one and get my money back...I really like this laptop but I need it to perform... Any help and additional ideas would be great!
