Razer Blade Pro 4K GTX 1080 1TB due to be repaired | Razer Insider

Basically ive had my razer blade for about 8 months. after about 4 months the lid wouldn't close fully anymore, I mean the lid would close but there would be a gap. About a month ago partly my fault my cat managed to break my clicking buttons on the trackpad. now sometimes the trackpad clicking buttons move back into place and I can use the trackpad other times I cant. I decided to open my blade and take a look at the trackpad. Upon taking out a few screws that side of the bottom of the laptop sort of popped out and the rest of the screws wouldn't come out anymore and I managed to wear them down so a screwdriver wont get them out anymore there would have to be a special removal technique. anyways I rescrewed the screws I took out and they went back in fine, my guess is that the razer blade has warped out of shape and that's why it popped open when I removed the screws.

The blade is working absolutely fine except the trackpad where the clicking buttons keep moving in and out of place when I take it out with me so I have just switched the trackpad off for now and am using a mouse. The touch screen works the keyboard works all the ports work everything works but the trackpad is f'd and its warped out of shape and ive managed to wear down the screws so I cant open it.

ive already started repair procedures yesterday and am just waiting for razer to email me so I can send it off. Does anybody have any idea how much this is going to cost me to get back to normal and what im worried about is when they remove the bottom cover because its warped out of shape what if it snaps the motherboard which is fine right now in half or some other crazy s##t like that.

any advice or help would be appreciated. Thank You
