Recently I have been experiencing some unusual behaviour when using any headphones with my laptop. When every usb port is used, and the laptop is plugged in, the audio starts crackling and popping (this also seems to be affected by moving my mouse across the screen). As soon as I remove one of the peripherals, or run the laptop on battery, the issue subsides. I'm guessing the issue has something to do with some sort of ground loop error, but I have no idea what would work to fix this issue.
