I have a Razer Blade Pro (RZ09-0368) and I recently bought a Benq Morbiuz EX2710Q 2k@165hz monitor, an excellent monitor by the way. But I'm facing a huge problem, in Windows 11 Pro, I'm only shown 144hz, and I can't change it to 165hz in any way.
The laptop's Bios is up to date, all drivers are up to date, Windows update is up to date, everything that could be updated has been! I also bought a specific HDMI 2.1 cable from UGREEN to try to work the monitor at 165hz, and it didn't work either.
I've already tried the procedures here on the Razer website, to change functions in the BIOS, but without success either. In the Nvidia Control Panel, the Manage Display Mode option does not show me, I have also tried everything possible to change, without success.
Can you help me ?
