Razer Blade Pro Screen Turning Black Randomly
Hello all,
First post on here and I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem as me, where the screen of my razer blade pro i7, 2020 will turn black randomly when i'm watching videos or doing any kind of work but the keyboard will stay lit up, however, the only way i can get past this black screen is to just completely shut down the blade entirely.
Anyone have any similar experiences or fixes on this?
Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried testing this using an external monitor? If the problem persists, you may want to give this guide a shot. Send me the serial number of the laptop if you need further assistance.
