Hi all...
My trackpad seems to work as a mouse, meaning I can use my finger to move the mouse pointer, however when i try to single click, double click on the track pad, no mouse clicks are registered, neither are they triggering when I click down on the bottom corners.
I've updated to the latest Synapse 2x. I was unable to find anything in that app that would allow me to adjust the settings, just links to Windows mouse properties, which I looked over and didn't see anything obvious, but I could have easily missed something.
Hoping someone might be able to help!
Thanks
Rick

Hey Rick! Thanks for posting your concern here. Please check your laptop's track pad driver under mic and other pointing devices. Please select Synaptic's HID touch pad, right click and uninstall device and restart your computer. Let me know if it helps.
Hi... Sorry I don't mean to seem dumb, but where exactly do I find the the driver? I've been to mouse setting and trackpad settings in Windows 10, but I'm not seeing where to find the driver you mentioned so I can uninstall it. I've checked device manager as well, but not seeing anything about Synaptic HID touchpad anywhere.
After removing the drivers, is are there follow steps?

I think I found what you were looking for in Device Manager. I don;t see the Synaptic HID touchpad driver.

I appreciate your follow-up. And yes, that is located under the device manager. I find it odd that the touchpad driver is not present. Please send me a PM together with your laptop's serial number. Let's continue from there.
