I'm specifically asking for my girlfriend because this is her laptop not mine.
She pulled out her charger incorrectly and the prong bent. We are having a hard time trying to push back the prong. But got it as close as we possibly could. Any advice on what to do or how I can get support to fix it? She is currently not under warranty.
