I get frequent audio static across multiple applications. It is especially noticeable when multiple sounds are layering over each other. This happens from the local speakers and over bluetooth devices. I have turned off enhancements and changed the default formats. Nothing seems to help.

The system has the Realtek audio driver 10.0.22621.1 from Microsoft installed. 

The THX Spatial Playback device is present but does not work when tested. This started happening when I updated to Win11.

Any suggestions?
