Hello Razer Support,

I have a Razer Blade 15 Base (Early 2021), model RZ09-0369, currently running BIOS version 1.00 dated January 4, 2021.

Secure Boot keeps re-enabling itself whenever I disconnect the AC adapter, even though other BIOS settings and the date/time remain saved. I have also fully decrypted my Windows drive, so BitLocker is no longer enabled.

The official support page lists a BIOS updater for the RZ09-0410 Advanced/Base variant, but I cannot find a BIOS updater for my RZ09-0369.

Could you please confirm whether a newer BIOS or a Secure Boot recovery package is available for my exact model?

Thank you for providing those details. I understand that on your Razer Blade 15 Base, Secure Boot keeps re-enabling itself whenever the AC adapter is disconnected. 

To help us investigate this further, could you please provide the following information?

1. When did you first notice this behavior? Did it start after a Windows update, BIOS change, or any other system modification?

2. Are you receiving any error messages when Secure Boot re-enables itself, such as "Secure Boot Violation" or "Invalid Signature Detected"?
 

Additionally, please provide a clear photo or video demonstrating the issue, including:

  • Secure Boot being disabled in the BIOS.
  • Disconnecting the AC adapter.
  • Returning to the BIOS and showing that Secure Boot has automatically re-enabled.
