Razer Blade Stealth 13 (2020) RX09-03102E22 Updater Restarts

WayStedOne

Having the following problem.

I have the Blade Stealth 2020 RX09-03102E22, with the BIOS current at 1.02. I’m wanting to update this to 1.04 through the updater which I have downloaded.

When double clicking the updater, it starts and shows that I’m on 1.02 and it will update to 1.04.

I click update, and lose control of the mouse and keyboard as expected however around halfway through the process the laptop reboots as if nothing has happened, and it does not update the BIOS at all, shown by when I start the updater it’s still at 1.02.

I have Windows 11 22H2, fully patched and up to date.

I’ve tried doing a complete reset to factory through windows, so there no applications installed except what came with it, still the same issue.

Can you PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options? Thank you!

I had the exact same issue. Unfortunately, the BIOS updater for whatever reason isn’t compatible under WIndows 11. It was until I tried the updater under Windows 10, it then worked and updated the BIOS correctly and successfully.
