I saw some posts on webcam flicker and wondering what resolution come about. I contacted support past week and suggestion was to restore Windows, which I haven't had time to try yet. However, I have two Stealth 13's early 2019 and they both exhibit the issue. Now that everyone is at home, this is the first the webcams have been used, and I figured if both systems have the issue, there may be software/configuration solve rather than hardware issue.
I'm having the exact same issue with my late 2019 version. I've been through all of the steps that Razer Support have asked me to do with no avail.

From researching, it seems to be something with the bios in my case- BIOS 1.6 seems to cause the problem. Whether this is true or not is another thing.

I'll keep you updated on what Razer say to me.
Cool. I did do a Windows restore and it did not resolve the issue. I also tried disabling all the power management options in Device Manager for USB devices, input devices, and camera without success.
I've just spoken to Razer Support; they told me to try and swap the plug/socket that the laptop charger is plugged in to. This looks to have sorted it to an extent. Make sure you plug it directly into the mains, and not on an extension cord or power strip.
I just bought the early 2019 version of the stealth 13 for my son. The current school climate is all being done via webcam and my son told me about the glitching. what i found to be the best advice for a short term solution is to run the webcam applications while unplugged from the charging cable. there still needs to be a fix for this issue everyone seems to share.
To everyone experiencing this issue, please PM me the serial number of your laptops and a screenshot of your System Information window. I am currently working with our Systems Team to investigate the webcam flicker issue for the RBS 13. Your cooperation will aid us to determine the cause and will definitely help us in building a patch fix, if applicable.

*I will be locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
