Hi there!

 

Recently went to Windows 11 and now my keyborad does not light  anymore. All the other function keys work (can play with the volume, with the luminosity etc) but when I clicked on the ones controling the rgb nothing changes.

 

any help please?

Try repairing the Synapse app by following the steps here. PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for model-specific workarounds. Thanks!
