Razer Blade stealth 13 keyboard issue

Hi there!

 

Recently went to Windows 11 and now my keyborad does not light  anymore. All the other function keys work (can play with the volume, with the luminosity etc) but when I clicked on the ones controling the rgb nothing changes.

 

any help please?

Try repairing the Synapse app by following the steps here. PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for model-specific workarounds. Thanks!

i kind of have a same issue,when the backlights on the keyboard come on at start,it stays on a cycle and i have to open chroma to get it to change,but in the case of the lights not coming on it stays blacked out,im running windows 10,i had the same problem with 11 but also a bug in 11 that would break the os upon trying to install the intel iris driver
