razer blade stealth 13 random keys not working

hello
i have a razer blade stealth 13 (2019 and for the last few weeks ive had issues with random keys not working
specifically m and 0 but it has now spread to the comma key. 
i’m having to use the on screen keyboard to type this :(

ive checked all my keyboard drivers, and updated and uninstalled synapse to fix this, which usually works for 10 or 15 minutes before they stop working again. ive made sure there is no debris, and the keys seemingly randomly work and stop working (for this second paragraph, ive been able to use all my keys but this will only last a short bit before they become unresponsive again

this is my daily laptop as a student, and the inability to use certain keys really damages the functionality of my computer
