Razer Blade Stealth 13 Trackpad not Working After Windows Upgrade

Hey guys, I just upgraded from windows 10 home to windows 10 pro and factory reset my razer blade (Razer Blade Stealth 13 GTX 1650 Model), and now my trackpad doesn't work no matter what I do. When I go to devices, the trackpad is labeled as "Razer Blade Stealth." I've tried uninstalling the drivers and rebooting my pc. I've installed every driver on the support page for this razer blade model. I've tried installing the synaptics touchpad drivers from the razer website, also tried installing trackpad drivers from other websites, but to no avail. Anyone know any possible solutions? Thanks

When you've factory reset the laptop, did you use its recovery partition by performing the steps from this link? Feel free to send me a PM or submit a case to our Support Team as the laptop needs to get a copy of its recovery partition so you can revert its operating system to its factory state. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
