Razer Blade Stealth 13 with Core X Ethernet Drop Issue

Hi there, I have been experiencing Ethernet dropping issue in my RBS 13 (Windows 10) + Core X Chroma setup. The Ethernet goes into no internet access state after I plug in the ethernet for 3-5 minutes. WiFi is working without any issue. I tried multiple ways to fix the ethernet issue and here are the current outcomes: 1. Install the latest ASIX network adapter driver 1.20.7.0 - does not fix the issue 2. In the device manager ASIX AX88179 network adapter advanced setting, changing the Interrupt Moderation Rate to Disabled - Ethernet is not dropping, however, the speed is only 1/4 of the expected speed(1Gbps) and even lower than WIFI(~400 Mbps). 3. Reboot/Disable and Enable the network adapter - bring the connection back for about 3-5 mins and then drop again 4. Uninstall and reinstall latest TB3 driver - does not fix the issue Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks!

Open the Run box with then type winver) c. Screenshot of Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”). d. BIOS main tab. e. Synapse 3.0 logs.
