Razer blade stealth 13 wont star start. Blue Screen "Driver Verifier DMA violation"

Hello,

I have an older Razer Blade stealth. Its a 13 inch, Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2801 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
With   10.0.19045 Build 19045.

I have the Razer core v2 graphics card holder with a titan 1080 ti founders addition in it. I know that this is all older equipment and outdated. I just don't have the money atm to upgrade.

I also have a 2nd monitor which is an omen with nividia G-sync that is plugged into my core. It was working fine for years.

However, last year an issue started and I'm not sure what caused it. I would get a blue screen with a video scheduling error. To fix this issue, what I would have to do is turn on my laptop without the core v2 plugged into the laptop, open up device settings, quickly plug the core into my laptop via thunderbolt cable, and hurry up and right click the 1080 to display under “Display Adapters” and uninstall it. I would then shut the laptop off. When I would turn it back on everything worked fine.

The new issue is….about 4 months ago when I would turn my laptop on…. I would get the blue screen, my computer would make a crazy grinding sound, and I get the “Driver Verifier DMA Violation” Code. My previous trick I used does not work because if I try it, as soon as the core gets plugged in, it freezes, displays the error code, and shuts down.

I tried uninstalling the thunderbolt software and reinstalling it (a razer support specialist told me to do this years ago to fix a blue screen issue and it worked so I thought I'd try...but it doesn't help). There are no active updates on my computer that I can see…..it won't let me download windows 11 because it says my processor is not compatible.

I tried looking up the code and read it has something to do with drivers. I thought maybe it was because my 1080 that is in my core v2 needs a driver update, but I cant keep my core plugged in to even get the update for it because it give me the error code.

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? It is so frustrating. Or is this just something that is going to keep happening because I am using an older blade and equipment? My laptop works fine without my core plugged in to it. But I have the core for a reason….because there's a better graphics card in it. (even though I know it is super old.

I have tried contacting so many different people about this issue and no one can think of a solution.

Thank you so much,

Santino
