Razer Blade Stealth 2017 boots to BIOS repetitively

Hi everyone,

I have a Razer Blade Stealth bought in September 2017 (RZ09-01963). It still works smoothly, but I have a recurring issue: when turning it on, it often boots to BIOS and I have to restart it up to five times before Windows is loaded correctly.

I had already contacted support with this issue, and after a few updates, the problem had disappeared, but it came back a couple of months ago. I tried updating Windows but the problem is still there.

Now, on top of that, when returning from sleep mode, I often get a fatal error (Critical Process Died), and have to go through the whole BIOS boot cycle again.

I've seen several threads with similar issues, but haven't found a clear response to my problem. Any help would be much appreciated!
