Razer Blade Stealth 2018 Keyboard Back lighting

My keyboard backlighting has been sketchy at best for over a year, I finally decided to see if there was a fix I saw one recommendation of switching accounts in synapse I made an entirely new account and tried that and it did not work, or at least not in a meaningful way. everything to the right of 2,w,d,c is lit but not with the settings I gave it. as I was typing this it flashed the correct color on the lit keys then went off entirely.
